Baby Bostyn!

Today has been amazing! We went for our first 3D ultrasound.
I heard stories about how amazing these 3D ultrasounds were, but my goodness!

We're Having a baby girl!!

We found out on Friday that our little one is quite the performer. She was all over the place kicking like crazy!

Today was the same! She was all over, but decided she wanted to play in mommy's tummy, with the umbilical cord in between her legs.. (Come on Bostyn,work with us here!) after several moments of watching her play and squiggle around, the cord finally slid far enough to the side for Julie to see all she needed to.

While lying there on the table I saw the letter "G"  (on the big screen) and then "I" (I had no idea what was happening) followed by an "R" and finally an "L" it took me a second but then realized what was happening. I looked at Julie and her smile gave me all the confirmation I needed. I looked at Matt standing next to me,watching the screen as if it were USC's play book! I squeezed his hand and said "You got your Daddy's little girl" the grin on his face was priceless. We couldn't get enough of her!

Whats in a name...

Bostyn

Matt and I have had this name picked out since we were about 8 weeks. We fell in love with it the very first time we heard it. We altered the spelling a tee bit. Just to be sure Bostyn was the winner, we searched and searched and found that nothing else felt right. Matt being so indecisive I thought for sure we would filter through at least a hand full of names before deciding.

Lynne

is my middle name. Every girl in my family for generations has this middle name so to keep the tradition going Bostyn too will have the middle name Lynne.

 (which is great because she has a little piece of my momma in her name too)!
